ER MER GERD!!! NOW EVERYBODY CAN DRAW FLUFFY HAIR!!! 
XD Well, I think this satisfied my craving for fluffy hair. I got a question asking how I draw my voluminous pony manes and tails, and I thought I'd make a quick tutorial! It's not the most informative, you mainly need to get a feel of the brush yourself. I hope it can still help anyone who is wanting to create super fluffy hair in sai though.
